Caring For You and Your Relationships
Individual, Family and Couples Counseling
Justin Mednick, MA
Currently taking new clients. Please use the online calendar or contact Justin to discuss scheduling.
I consider therapy to be a process of guidance towards a person's sense of self, empowerment, love and acceptance. In practice I work collaboratively with you to navigate through life's many challenges, stressors and obstacles. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and depression, stress, grief, trauma and identity concerns.
It is my primary goal to create a supportive, caring and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that the authentic connection felt in therapy allows you to develop flexibility of thought, feelings and behaviors that will help guide you toward a more fulfilling life.

I have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and helping older adolescents and adults who are struggling with impulses to self-harm.

Not accepting new clients at this time. Please check back in Fall 2017.
Past clients are always welcome to schedule additional appointments.
I enjoy working with parents of young children who are struggling with stress, depression and anxiety. I help parents to increase positive interactions with their children. I am also interested in working with people who have pregnancy/fertility issues and the impact this has on parent functioning and relationships.
I believe relationships are important to our overall health and well-being. Life stressors can be damaging and impact our ability to function well in relationships. I help clients create new ways of coping and improve relationships. I have specialized training in parent/child relationships and infant/early childhood behavioral health.
Please email me at Nicole@MNMentalhealthconsulting.com to request additional information or to schedule an appointment.
